Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges since all our pieces are made to order. In case of a quality defect please notify ‘Urban Pataka’ within 3 days of receiving the product, by email to sales.urbanpataka@gmail.com with your exchange request. Please include your order number/order confirmation email, details of the piece you would like to exchange, photographs of the defect mandatory, and your reason for doing so. You can send us the products for exchange using any secure courier service but we may not accept any liability.
Shipping Information:
Orders within India – For all orders within India, we offer free shipping, with all taxes and duties included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
International Orders – For international deliveries, we charge a flat fee of INR 3000/- for shipping. In such cases, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of the destination country.
Delivery Timeline:
Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. We use the most reliable courier services for all our deliveries. You will receive a tracking number and link to the courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order. Sometimes orders may get delayed for reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 4 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. When do we deliver?
Indian / Bridal Wear: All domestic and international orders will take about 4 – 6 Weeks for dispatch from the date of order.
Western Pret: All domestic and international orders will take about 2 – 3 Weeks for dispatch from the date of order.
