At Urban Pataka, sizes may be based on the Indian or International sizing system. To help you identify your size, we provide a detailed Size Chart.

You can also click on “Size Chart” on every product page. We understand that every body is unique — that’s why we include a custom measurement dialogue box where you can input your own measurements, and we’ll customise your garment accordingly.

All orders are shipped from our flagship warehouse in Kolkata, India.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and may be contacted before dispatch. We’ll also share tracking details and updates on your shipment via email, and our team will assist you with any queries post-ordering.

We try our best to ship all pieces within 3–4 weeks. Customised orders or out-of-stock products may take longer, and we’ll inform you of the estimated delivery date after your order. Delivery time depends on location, logistics, and partner courier timelines. We’re not liable for courier delays but will help you track your order if required.

We do not allow order cancellations. Once your order is placed, it’s immediately processed.

As we specialise in handcrafted products, we don’t accept returns once an order has been processed. Each piece is made with time and skill by our artisans. However, if you’ve received a damaged product, please contact us — we’ll verify and issue a refund where applicable.

We only accept exchange requests for damaged products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.
• Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Products bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.
• For international exchanges, shipping and customs costs (both ways) are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges apply and will be visible at checkout.

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. If you face issues, contact us at infourbanpataka@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can use PayPal, though an additional 5% fee will apply to your total order value.

Customs duties and VAT are applied as per the laws of your destination country and must be paid by you. If you decline to pay, your package may be destroyed by local authorities and will not be refunded.

Since customs rates vary globally, please contact your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

Yes, if eligible. However, all shipping and customs costs for returning and resending items must be borne by the customer. Urban Pataka covers shipping only in case of verified product damage confirmed via email.
